I just arrived to Georgia Tech, I had a 16 hour flight and 3 planes….. I flew with Turkish Airlines from Istanbul to New York, spent 2 hours getting through the customs. After that, I flew to Charlotte and then Atlanta.
The picture above is the Charlotte airport, which was really fancy!
This is a road in Atlanta, all green smelled really nice and fresh.
Houses were like this around the place that I stayed. They look utopic. The life in United States (as long as I experienced) is really similar to the ones in the films. With everything, the ugly and the nice. The life standards are pretty high compared to Istanbul. There is no air polution, the streets are pretty organized, people care about their jobs and duties and they are well paid. I’m aware of the facts that all of this requires quite lot of resources but as long as I experienced this is how humans should live in 21st ceuntry… Not battling with traffic, not dealing with riots of minorities, without ridicilous religious conflicts. People are quite friendly in here.
This is a street at Georgia Tech, Its all organized clean, warm and humid. We have free bus rides all around the campus, and at night we have something called stingerrette to take you around safely.
This is our library building which has a roof garden. Tomorrow I’m going to visit the invention studio and see the Maker Space and such.
at Georgia Tech, we have like three giant swimming pools and they are HUGE, maan just look at that! We can use all of them
